* Dessert tomatoes.
Ingredients: 1 kg of red tomatoes, 1 liter of water, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 0.25 teaspoons of citric acid.
1. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin
2. Cut in half and put in jars
3. Pour boiling water over, cover with lids and let it brew for 10 minutes
4. Drain the water into a saucepan to prepare the brine.
5. Boil the drained water, adding salt, sugar and citric acid, pour over the tomatoes, roll up the jars, turn over on the lid and cool under the covers.
Store in a cool place.
